        The PureLACTOR, with its innovative design and specialised function that are based on the needs of the young animals, satisfies all the operational requirements, as well as the ones that are related to its performance as a weaning machine.<\/p>\n<\/h3>\n

        Absolute hygiene of the weaning system

        This is accomplished due to the automated washing function of both the container that prepares the milk and the distribution pipes that lead to the teats, while using specific disinfectants for CIP systems.<\/p>\n

        The feeding stations are constructed with polypropylene panels which have specially designed ABS teat bases, so that they can be cleaned and disinfected easily and quickly by the farmer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        By using special flow-exclusive valves in the teats during the making of each mixture but also while the automated cleaning takes place, the excellent homogenisation of the milk that\u2019s available to the young animals as well as the prevention of them consuming the cleaning solution are both ensured.<\/p>\n

        The new teat bases allow the young animals to feed comfortably, decreasing the competitiveness related to teats on a significant level, since they ensure access to only one animal per teat. Furthermore, they force the young animals to keep their distance from the support panel, decreasing the casualties due to asphyxiation that happens because of overcrowding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        The milk that gets produced is kept at the right temperature and is always available through the heated production container and the automated recycling-reheating routine that happens regularly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        With the new and innovative real-time water and powder measuring system that operates during the making of the mixture, a consistent milk composition is achieved no matter the conditions of each portion. Problems that arise due to differences in the water inflow or the special weight and the composition of the powder while the machine is operating, are automatically solved without a need for interference by the stock-farmer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        Consistent performance for every forcefulness

        With everything that\u2019s been mentioned above, the same performance is guaranteed and not dependant on the number of the young animals that are being served by the machine. There\u2019s potential for 12 to 24 teats for up to 500 animals and, due to its Ad-Libitum operation, the machine guarantees high growth rates for all the young animals. Additionally, the excellent materials that are used in its construction allow for its constant and unquestioning operation to take place in the difficult and demanding farm environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        Convenient installation, use and maintenance
        \n<\/h3>\n

        The modular design of the feeding stations and the milk-distribution network allows for an easy and fast installation at any space, with minimum requirements and modifications in the pre-existing infrastructure. The PureLACTOR comes with a simple operation menu and zero complicated navigation and option screens. All of the critical operation parameters can be easily adjusted directly from the keyboard, using the special shortcut buttons. The operation control and the machine\u2019s maintenance are both very easy, since all the coverings are detachable, allowing easy access to the interior, while there\u2019s also the ability to control every component\u2019s operation separately from the menu. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        The PureLACTOR weaning machine has been chosen by small and traditional, but also bigger and more modern Greek farms. Farms with 100, up to 4000 young animals per year, in both milk-producing and fattening units.\n<\/p>\n
